Max Estates has allotted 5,684 equity shares under ESOP on 13 March 2025. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 161,00,00,840/- comprising of 16,10,00,084 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
