L&T Finance has allotted 16,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs. 160 crore through private placement basis, to the identified investors on 13 March 2025.
