Prop Share Platina, represented by Prop Share Investment Manager Private Limited, entered into a non-binding term sheet on October 21, 2026, with the Investment Manager of an Alternative Investment Fund (Category -II) for the proposed sale of all assets held under Prop Share Platina for an Enterprise Value of approximately Rs 410.13 crore, involving the transfer of the entire share capital and instruments of all SPVs owned by Prop Share Platina.
