Purple Finance Limited announced the allotment of 5,000 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, following the exercise of stock options under the Purple Finance Employee Stock Option Scheme 2022. The allotment, approved by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee on October 22, 2026, increased the paid-up share capital from Rs 77,13,79,140 for 7,71,37,914 equity shares to Rs 77,14,29,140 for 7,71,42,914 equity shares.
