Oracle Financial Services Software Limited announced that its ESOP Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 34,605 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 5 each to eligible employees, including 2,447 shares to a Director, under the OFSS Stock Plan 2014, increasing the company’s paid-up capital to Rs. 435,683,110 divided into 87,136,622 equity shares.
