Sagility Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sagility (US) Holdings Inc., has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Chirok Health LLC, a U.S.-based healthcare services company, for an aggregate purchase consideration of up to US$32.35 million. The acquisition, expected to be completed on October 21, 2026, will strengthen Sagility’s capabilities in the provider segment by adding clinical documentation integrity, medical coding, and revenue optimization services, and includes an upfront payment of US$20 million and a contingent consideration of up to US$12.35 million based on performance milestones; Chirok Health LLC reported a turnover of US$9.0 million for calendar year 2025.
