Each warrant, priced at Rs 21.50, allows the holder to convert it into one fully paid-up equity share of face value Rs 10 within 18 months, with a 25% upfront consideration totaling Rs 96,75,750, subject to adjustments of Rs 375 for Parshva Alloys Private Limited and Evolvion Advisory Private Limited.
