Viyash Scientific Limited, formerly Sequent Scientific Limited, announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the allotment of 11,07,309 equity shares following the exercise of stock options under the Sequent Scientific Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2020 and the Viyash Scientific Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2026; 9,26,333 shares were allotted at a price of Rs. 86 per share and 1,80,976 shares at Rs. 101 per share.
