Infosys allotted 44,116 equity shares of Rs 5 face value each on September 18, 2026, following a board resolution dated September 17, 2026, to eligible employees through the exercise of Restricted Stock Units, including 10,925 shares under the 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan and 33,191 shares under the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019, increasing the company’s issued and subscribed share capital to Rs 20,29,13,82,890 divided into 4,05,82,76,578 equity shares.
