The subsidiary, incorporated with a cash consideration, will focus on expanding and developing the company’s pharmaceutical business in the Latin America (LATAM) region, with ZIM Laboratories Limited subscribing to 14,100 shares at a face value of Chilean Pesos 1,000 each, resulting in 100% shareholding.
