Vipul Limited’s Board of Directors approved the merger/amalgamation of six wholly owned subsidiary companies with Vipul Limited under Section 233 of the Companies Act, 2013, at a meeting held September 15, 2026, and also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ajay Arjit Singh as an Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years, while noting the appointment of Mr. Dipesh Jaswantlal Shah and Mr. Sunil Kumar Gupta as Independent Directors.
