Delhivery announces incorporation of step-down subsidiary in UK As On :16-Jan-26 16:02

Delhivery announced the incorporation of Delhivery UK as s a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delhivery Singapore, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Consequently, Delhivery UK has become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 15 January 2026.
